Bumgardner designed a new clubhouse for the professional PGA membership of the Richland, Washington area. This 28,000 sf clubhouse includes a lounge/bar, grille dining, formal dining, banquet rooms and a Pro Shop.

The exterior and interior color and materials were developed taking cues from the natural materials of this desert area in Eastern Washington.
