The Olivian, a luxury high-rise in the heart of downtown Seattle, involves the interior renovation of the public spaces such as the Level 1 Lobby and Leasing, and the Clubhouse Level Amenities which includes Fitness/Yoga, Lounge & Beverage Bar, Zoom Rooms, Work Spaces and Conference Room. Bumgardner provided full service interior architectural and design services including furnishings and artwork for all common areas.
