Who we would like to meet:
Professionals who have at least 5 years of experience working on High-Rise and Mixed-Use Multifamily Buildings.
Experience and Responsibilities:
- Experience in all phases of architecture from concept to contract administration.
- Knowledge of building detailing, components, and materials.
- Literacy in building and zoning code.
- Strong sense of ownership of all work.
- Coordination with owners, consultants and contractors.
- Project Documentation and Graphics.
- Mentor less experienced staff, as well as learn from them.
- Implement and improve office wide systems.
Minimum Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in Revit (preferred 5 years of experience).
- Experience in industry standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Bluebeam.
- Positive attitude.
- Flourishes in a team environment as a team player
Preferred skills:
- Construction Administration experience on a Mixed-Use or High-Rise project
- Proficiency with Architectural project management software (preferably Newforma).
- Experience with Deltek.
