Bumgardner gathered recently to celebrate the grand opening of Redondo Heights. This impactful project brings quality “workforce housing” to Federal Way, located in close proximity to the Redondo Heights Park & Ride and the new Link Light Rail system. The community features 334 newly remodeled and new construction apartment homes on 11.9 acres with a mix of studios and 1,2 and 3 bedroom homes. Onsite amenities include a fitness center, media lounge, play spaces, space for private meetings and a food bank to meet the diverse needs of residents.
We are proud of our successful collaboration with Len Brannen, president of Shelter Resources, Inc., Christopher Eisenzimmer of Blue Ridge Atlantic, and their partner, Multi-Service Center in bringing this project to fruition. The ceremony featured a prominent group of attendees including representative Jamila Taylor, WA state legislature 30th district, King County Executive Dow Constantine and Federal Way Mayor Jim Ferrell.
