‘The Confidential’, a new 29-story apartment tower by Security Properties in Belltown is nearing completion! The high-rise tower will provide 212 apartment units to the neighborhood as well as retail/commercial and office spaces located in a 4 story podium beneath the tower’s residential units. Bumgardner has provided full service interior design of unit interiors and common areas including various amenity spaces such as the lobby, fitness, theater, community lounges and a “whiskey bar”.
