Bumgardner’s Colina project including two mixed use residential buildings, Colina East and Colina West have reached major milestones. The buildings become sought after apartment buildings for Beacon Hill residents. Colina East, which provides 99 dwelling units, is 65% leased while Colina West has leased all of its 40 units within 1.5 months after receiving its Temporary Certificate of Occupation (TCO). The two sites are direct neighbors to the Beacon Hill Light Rail station.
