Who we would like to meet:
Unique Professionals who have at least 10 years of experience working on High-Rise and Mixed-Use Multifamily Buildings.
Experience and Responsibilities:
- Significant knowledge of the complex technical challenges of High-Rise buildings and experience developing High-Rise Building from early design thru construction administration.
- Knowledge of building detailing, components, and materials
- Skilled and creative problem solving of both complex and subtle problems.
- Excellent team management and communication skills across a broad range of platforms and media.
- Excellent Client management and Client team building.
- Proven building and zoning code literacy.
- Strong sense of ownership of all work.
- Proactively provide QC guidance and constructive critique.
- Mentor less experienced staff, as well as learn from them.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in Architectural software, including Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam.
- Ability to cultivate a team environment.
- Helpful organizational and time management skills.
- Hand drafting and sketching abilities.
- Passion for the work.
Preferred skills:
- Construction Administration experience on a Mixed-Use or High-Rise project.
- Proficiency with Architectural project management software (preferably Newforma).
- Experience with Deltek.
- Client building and Marketing.
